PGIMER Chandigarh Jobs 2012 – Apply Online for 45 Technician Vacancies: Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PIGMER), Chandigarh has issued notification against recruitment of 45 Technician Grade-IV Vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online mode on or before 25-10-2012. PGIMER Recruitment Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 45
Names of Posts:
1. Technician Grade-IV (Electrical): 26 posts
2. Technician Grade-IV (Carpenter): 04 posts
3. Technician Grade-IV (Welder): 01 posts
4. Technician Grade-IV (Cane-man): 03 posts
5. Technician Grade-IV (Mason): 03 posts
6. Technician Grade-IV (Mechanical): 08 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 30 years as on 25-10-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess 10th Standard with ITI Certificate in the respective trade.

Application Fee Details: SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- towards application fee and all other candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-. Fee must be paid at any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The account No. of PGIMER for recruitment is 32211613319.

Selection Process: Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Exam and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online for the desired post on or before 25-10-2012. After submission of online application candidates need to pay application fee and after fee payment enter the Journal/Challan number on the space provided in the application form and keep this challan form with them for future use.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to the website www.pgimer.nic.in.
2. Select the ‘Vacancies’ link to start the application process.
3. Candidate should fill all the fields of the form carefully. No field should be left blank.
4. After filling application form the candidate should take out a print of challan form (Triplicate)
5. And deposit the application fee in any State Bank of India branch as mentioned above.
6. After fee payment the candidate should enter the Journal/Challan number on the space provided in the application form and keep this challan form with them for future use.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Graduate/ BBA/ BCA/ BA/ M.Com/ M.Sc (Agri)/ B.E/ B.Tech in relevant disciplines.

Application Fee: For Sr No 1-6 Candidates need to pay Rs.500/- for General & OBC candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted) in the form of DD/ Banker’s cheque, in favour of State Farm Corporation of India Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi. And Sr No 7-15 Rs. 500/- for OBC/ General candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD are exempted) in favour of State Farms Corporation of India Ltd payable at Suratgarh.

Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in written test/ interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form along with full details should be filled neatly, attach recent passport size photograph along with attested copies of certificate & testimonials, DD should be sent by post/ courier to the General Manager (HR), State FARM Corporation of India Ltd, Farm Bhawan, 14-15 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 for Sr. No 1-6 Posts and for Sr. No 7-15 should be sent to the Director-in-charge, Central State Farm, Suratgarh, Distt.
