Job Description FOLLOW TOYOTA 10 PRINCIPLES Use Workwear & safety items at all working time Ensure Toyota Quality Control standards are maintained with usage of proper equipment Never use audio system or any other gadgets in customer vehicle & store any trash parts in vehicle Ensure 4S of work area Use tools, equipments & materials (paint, thinner, etc) correctly. Understand clearly customer requests & SA instructions, especially in case of comeback jobs. Communicate with In-charge/SA if extra work is necessary, do only work written in RO Check to see that necessary parts & materials are in stock. Work according to RO & Repair Manuals for collision damage etc, to avoid guess work. Keep up to date on the latest SB's, TIB & B&P Service Information. Ensure that all requested work has been done Ensure that the vehicle is in original operating condition & as clean as when received Return seats, steering wheel & mirrors to original positions, reset clock, radio etc if required Dispose hazardous waste according to the regulations of APPC Give In-charge or SA additional information not written on RO. Notify In-charge of any irregularities you noticed while working. Maintain an adequate inventory of hand tools to meet repair requirements To attend all the In-House training classes conducted Skill Required Contribute to total customer satisfaction by proper and timely execution of all repair orders. Carry out service and repairs with zero comebacks. Complete all Repair Orders with in the time allocated. Return the Customers vehicle in a clean condition. Ensure Toyota Quality Control standards are always maintained. Accredited as an Automobile Body Technician. Able to Read, Write & Speak In English. Experience with all necessary aspects of Vehicle Body Construction, Effects of Collision, Panel Repair Methods, Putty Application Methods, Welding Methods, Drive Train and Chassis. Additional Skills Experience in Same field will be given more preference. Desired Candidate Profile ITI & above Age: 18 - 25 Years Preferably worked in Automobile Dealership/Service Industry/Used Car Industry Preferably worked in Service Must know English/Tamil Must be from Thanjavur/Trichy Dealer Profile Annamalai Toyota aims to play a major role in establishing Toyota brand and its standard in and around Chennai.
